Having already leapt into the SUV space with its controversial Cayenne, Porsche decided to fill the gap between sports car and utility vehicle with the launch of its Panamera luxury sedan. First shown in 2009 at the 13th Auto Shanghai, the Panamera has no shortage of luxury or high-tech features. The exterior styling is controversial to say the least, yet it looks at home in the Porsche lineup. The interior is less daring, but should help raise the bar in the grand touring luxury segment.

The perfect balance of the driving pleasure and ease of everyday use is what captivates the Fairlady Z to it’s owners. However, many of these enthusiasts aspired for a Fairlady Z that was geared more closer to the motor sports field. Since NISMO has gained inestimable experience in racing technology in Super GT and Super Taikyu racing, a real Fairlady Z that gratifies the passionate enthusiasts was thoughtfully created. A machine that embodies the true racing spirit can only be made by NISMO.

In fact, 855,000 Mazda MX-5 have been produced since launch in 1989, and 254,000 units were sold in Europe (through November 2008). The Mazda MX-5 has won a total of 178 major automotive awards in these two decades. The current third generation is no exception and carried home 58 awards - including Japan Car of the Year 2005-2006 and Top Gear magazine's Roadster of the Year 2005.
